We want you to love your kandi. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.

Made to Order Items

Most of our pieces are made to order just for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please check product descriptions before ordering, take measurements carefully, and contact us if you have any questions before you buy.

Ready to Buy Items

For items listed as “ready to buy” or “in stock”, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you’d like to return it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving it with a description of the issue and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at hello@colourznthings.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and send you the return address.
3. Pack your item securely and post it back to us. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we can’t refund items lost in the post.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.
